Rome has been one of my favorite places to capture. The sights are just breathtaking and the views are spectacular. Many people love Rome for the culture, the people, the tourism, and don't get me wrong, all of those are great but my favorite thing about visiting Italy was the gelato. The rich and creamy taste of this type of ice cream was to die for. But enough about sweets, let me continue on about why Rome really stuck out to me while taking pictures of the landscape.
When I pictured Rome before I left to vacation there, I imagined many crowded areas, people fighting in lines to go enter museums and good whether. Turns out, there was many tourists when we went, mainly because it was summer, but the museums had very nice workers who were very friendly, even when I couldn't understand their language. They always kept everyone in a nice orderly fashion inside the exhibits. As far as the whether goes, I can safely say that I did not have to best experience with Rome weather. It was so hot I nearly fainted. Turns out, I lived and I was just because I was dehydrated and needed some lunch/food in my body. Definitely a unique experience for the books!
